Memorial Hall Criterium Race Report May 3, 2009

Well it was a wet one today in Philly. But another great result for the 55+ men's team. Chris Hepp got his first win "ever" with a really heads-up strong ride in the 45+-55+ combined race. The rain didn't dampen the spirits or resolve of the star studded field and a perfectly ridden team race by Chris, TK and yours truly provided the master's team with the second victory of the weekend. It was really great to see Chris win this one, just a great result for a great guy who comes out week after week and rides for the team. Today was his day...couldn't be happier.

 
And if that wasn't cool, Tom Kellogg won the 50+ race at the Turkey Hill Classic on Saturday, not too shabby! Must be the bike!
 
So this is the 3rd victory for the Masters riders of TSV. Earlier, Kevin Kolodziejski won the 45+ at the SoYoCo Circuit Race.
 
By the way, although not in direct contact with Kevin, I did hear that he has had surgery and will be recuperating at home soon. Once I get an update I will keep you informed.
