The change is the course is very moderate but causing a lot of confusion for participants.
The idea is to use the 2 left hand lanes (inbound 2 lanes to Phila. From Falls Bridge) The other 2 lanes (other side of double yellow line (out bound from Phila) will be for recreational riders and joggers etc. We will start the TT in the extreme left hand lane so when you turn up Black Rd. and come back down to W. River you do not cross traffic at all, you just go turn left on Black and go to the turnaround and then come back down and make a left back onto your lane going out to Falls Bridge. At Falls you turn around and have your own lane coming back to the start finish without any climbs or turn...just back to the start / finish. I hope this explains it better. It is not complicated, once you see it will be self explanatory and we will have cones and arrows and marshals to help direct riders as well. As far as registration, it will not be in the same place. The oval in front of the art museum will be open to traffic so we are going to do registration down on W. River Dr. (MLK Dr.) right near the start finish. I believe I have a highlight on the map.
