Just a quick note, just got back from the annual PCA meeting...will have more to announce on it but the biggest news is the proposal to change men's masters age categories to 35,45 and 55 passed. It should make masters racing a little more interesting and fresh this coming year.   Also, the TSV Women's team took 2nd place in the PA BAR for best women's team of 2008. Congratulations to them.   Finally, our new clothing is due to ship from Voler in CA next week. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and give us a chance to get out on the road with milder temperatures. Ron Ruggiero
